I am 53 yrs old, divorced, and have four wonderful children and two professional careers, one in college and the youngest graduating high school this year. I played football in high school, college and was a competitive bodybuilder for over 15 years. I became a certified personal trainer and instructor by the Cooper Institute of Aerobic Center in 1990. I worked for the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office in the Training Division as a training sergeant and was the agency fitness specialist for over 20 years. I retired in August 2016, after 28.5 years of dedicated service and a phenomenal career. I have been doing private personal training since 1989 to the present and was a private gym owner from 2010 to 2016. The most important thing about me is that I love God.
